Cooper gets the squirrel

Cooper, the youngest member of the family, seems to be quite good at hunting squirrels. Nicky, our Alaskan Malamute is part of the hunting, but it’s Cooper that is running around with dead squirrels in his mouth.

So, today I go out onto the deck and there it is – a severely decomposed squirrel with a swarm of flies buzzing around it. I’m disgusted by this and figure I would get Matthew to help me remove the squirrel from the deck. But before I could do that, Matthew, Zack and Toby (Matt’s best friend) arrived on the deck and not one of the three saw the dead squirrel! And Matthew was nearly standing on the squirrel’s carcass!

I have a lot of blogs. Most of them on Blogspot. Eventually I want to have one on WordPress.org, but that is quite advanced for me at this point. The difference in the WordPress.com and WordPress.org is that with the .org one, you have to find a host server.

But for now, it was suggested that I practice with WordPress.com so here I am practicing!

One thing that’s really annoying with the Blogger platform is that the images are very difficult to insert and arrange to look right. We’ll see how WordPress does it.
